行为经济学和实验经济学的发展对管理学研究的影响

行为经济学和实验经济学目前已发展成为西方经济学界的两个主要分支。由于经济学从一开始就是管理学研究的理论基础和具体方法，而行为经济学和实验经济学已对传统经济学本身的理论基础、研究内容和具体方法都提出了一定的挑战，因此，如果管理学理论研究者加强对这两个新兴学科的关注就能找到相应的研究突破点。正是在介绍二者的主要内容的基础上，试图为将其具体理论成果和研究方法引入管理学研究领域做一定的基础工作。

The Infection to Management Research of the Behavioral Economics and Experimental Economics' Development

Both behavioral economics and experimental economics are become the two very important branches of the western economics now. Because economic is the foundation and method of management reearch, and behavioral economics and experimental economics had challenged the foundation, content and method of the traditional economics itself, so if the researchers of management pay more attention to these two new objects,maybe they can do some innovation in their fields. In this paper,we try to do some basic works for taking the new theory achievements and research methods into the management research from introduce these two new object.
