| 摘 要： | 执法公示制是行政执法责任基本制度之一,是行政执法责任制体系中的关键制度。目前,我国各地行政执法公示制的基本做法有一定差异并存在着一些问题。只有完善行政执法公示制,才能促进政府机关的依法行政。
