DHA,EPA对耐力训练小鼠红细胞膜流动性影响的实验研究

摘    要:观察多不饱和脂肪酸DHA(二十二碳六烯酸),EPA(二十碳五烯酸)对耐力训练小鼠红细胞膜流动性的影响。将昆明种雄性小鼠50只,随机分为安静对照组、训练对照组和训练实验组。前2组饲正常鼠料,训练实验组饲加DHA,EPA的鼠料。所有动物均饮普通自来水,喂2周后进行耐力训练(安静对照组不参加耐力训练),每天1次,共训练6周。最后1次训练结束后,各训练组随机取10只小鼠,立即处死取材。其余小鼠于24h后处死取材,测定各项指标。红细胞膜流动性的改变:训练结束时,训练实验组红细胞膜流动性大于训练对照组(p<0.01),但与安静对照组无统计学差异;训练结束24h后,训练实验组红细胞膜相对流动系数显著高于其他2组(p<0.05),训练对照组与安静对照组之间无统计学差异。长期较大强度运动训练使红细胞膜流动性降低,而DHA,EPA可很好地拮抗这种损伤作用。

Abstract:The mice were divided randomly into three groups, non-training control group, training control group and training experiment group. The two former groups were fed with normal mouse food and the last group fed with normal mouse food plus DHA and EPA. All the mice drank normal water. The training was done two weeks after. The non-training control group didn't take part in the training. The training swimming lasted six weeks. At the end of the training, ten mice were taken from each training group at random and killed. The others were killed after 24 hours. The relativity fluidity ratio (MFU) was lower than that in non-training control group and training experiment group (p<0.05 or p<0.01). 24 hours later, there was no statistic difference between the non-training control group and the training control groups. The MFU was higher than that in non-training control group and training experiment group. Tolerance training reduced the fluidity of erythrocyte membrane,and DHA and EPA antagonized the damage.
