摘    要:In the present study, we have developed the method brought forward recently for protein design based on the relative entropy. The new approach can be used in more common situation other than the special limits in the anterior method. The results indicate that our generalized method has increased the prediction precision for protein sequence and will be in favor of the study for protein design.
