摘    要:采用低强度的超声波,选取作用时间及脉冲间隔为变化参数,对啤酒酵母细胞进行处理。研究超声波对酵母细胞生长的影响。结果表明,在各参数条件下超声波对细胞生长均有一定促进作用,可使调整期缩短,细胞数和细胞干重远均对照样,较长的作用时间和合适的脉冲间隔效果较好。

Abstract:Ultrasonic wave with low intensity is employed to study the effects of irradiation at different length of time and different pulse_gap on the growth of Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells. The results indicate that the growth of cells is promoted under the ultrasonic irradiation by shortening the lag phase and increasing the volume of cell number and dry weight. Difference is observed in every treatment: longer period of irradiation time (45 min) and longer pulse_gap(4 s) have better effect than the other treatments.
