| 摘 要： | 高精度触发式测头的测量不确定度主要由三部分误差组成,即机械复位机构的复位误差,触球的球度误差和传感器的发讯误差。本文分析了造成这些误差的原因,推算了这些误差的大小,从而为测头精度设计时的误差分配提供了依据。

| Abstract: | The uncertainty of measurement of a high-precision trigger probe consists of three parts of errors primarily, the reposition error of the reposition mechanism, the spherical error of contact ball and the signalling error of the sensor. In this paper, the reason which leads to the errors has been analysed and the values of the errors have been calculated, so that the basis for the error distribution has been provided in designing the accuracy of the probe. |
