实施邓小平农业问题"第二个飞跃"的构想

如何实施邓小平关于农业问题的第二个飞跃(即规模经营和集体经济),首先,根据我国国情和目前农业状况,可采用四种经营模式,即:家庭农场、合作农场、村办农场、"小规模、大群体".其次,由于诸多原因,广大农村干部及农户对第二个飞跃不了解,必须做充分的思想发动,向他们宣传、灌输只有实施第二个飞跃才能使联产承包责任制继续向更高层次发展;才能实行农业产业结构调整;才能实现农业现代化.

My opinion of implementing the second leap in Deng Xiao-ping''''s theory of agricultural problem

This paper deals with how to implement the second leap of agricultural problem in Deng Xiao-ping theory.According to the present agricultural situatiom,4 types can be adopted,such as:family farm,co-operative farm,village-run farm,etc.As rural leaders and farmers don't quite understand the second leap,they should be fully mobilized so as to fulfil the transformation of agriculture production structure and utimately realize the agricultual moderniza tion.
