| 摘 要： | 教师职业倦怠制约教育事业和整个社会的发展。本文以萍乡市325名农村普通高中教师为样本,详细考察了教师职业倦怠在性别、婚姻状况、教龄、职称等人口统计学变量上的差异,并进行了分析。
