供应链中的报价冲突

首先从宏观层面上探讨了企业战略能力的内涵,结合供应链企业的具体特点阐述了战略调整能力的重要性.针对供应链中存在的冲突现象,指出供货商之间的报价冲突是供应链冲突的核心问题,解决这个冲突问题的能力就是供应链企业战略调整能力的具体体现.微观层面上,本文采用F-H冲突分析方法建立了供货商报价的冲突模型,找到了冲突的同步稳定局势,并据此得出了一些对策建议.

The Quoting Confliction in Supply Chain

In this paper, the connotation of enterprise strategy ability is first discussed from the macroscopical view, and the importance of adjusting strategy ability is expounded, combining with the characters of SC enterprise. With regard to the conflict phenomena in SC, we argue that the quoting confliction between suppliers is the core of SC confliction. Whether this conflict can be resolved properly is the ability of strategy alteration of a SC enterprise. In microcosmic aspect, the F-H method is used to analyze the conflict between suppliers. The synchronous steady situation of the conflict model is found and some suggestions are given hereby.
