| 摘 要： | 教练员的策略控制是指教练员在客观条件下对体育训练和竞技比赛中的战略战术、行为目标、技术方案的选择与运用.从现代科学知识、超前意识、实战经验、心理情绪、灵感与应变能力等5个方面分析论述影响教练员策略控制的各种因素,探讨提高教练员策略控制能力的有效途径.

| Abstract: | The strategy control ability of the coach members means the choice and application under the objective conditions of the strategy and military tactics, behavior target, and military tactics project in training and competion. This paper analyzes various factors which impleuence the strategy control of the coach members from five aspects modern science and knowledge, farsightedmess, actual combat experience, mental emotion, inspiration and ability, etc. in handling emergencies. The effective ways of how to enhance the strategy ability of the coach members are also discussed. |
