| 摘 要： | 红菇是一种食药兼用菌,经济价值高.对广西容县的野生鳞盖红菇进行分离,以两种常用的培养基为基础培养基,添加生长素、维生素、锥树根液等不同物质,在相同培养条件下观察菌丝生长情况,菌种分离纯化已获成功.

| Abstract: | Russula is a kind of precious mushroom with both medical and nutritious value. The authors separate the R. lepida from Rong County, Guangxi. In the separating experiment, two commonly used culture mediums are applied as the basic culture medium. Substances like hormone, vitamin are added. The growing process of the mushroom is closely observed, and the result indicates a success in the separating culture experiment. |
