This paper put forward the dynamic circulate process of enterprise technical core competence based on the enterprise knowledge condition.We thought that the essence of the enterprise technical core competencies is the knowledge.The enterprise must unceasing carry on the optimization of the enterprise's knowledge condition system to form the dynamic ability which is the ability of organization study and knowledge innovation.So the enterprise can overcome the technical core rigidities due to enterprise's long-time development to achieve the goal of promotion of technical core competence and keep the advance of competition in the mutative environment.
