| 摘 要： | 工程保险是一种先进的风险转移方法，能够增强工程参与各方的风险意识和责任意识，有效控制工程质量，规范建筑市场秩序，从而达到减小损失、降低成本、提高效益的目的．本文论述了发展工程保险的必要性、工程保险在我国的发展情况并分析了制约我国工程保险发展的原因，在此基础上，本文建议在建筑安装一切险的基础上应增加工程保险的内容。

| Abstract: | Engineering insurance is an advanced method of risk transfer, which can strengthen the risk consciousness and responsibility consciousness of construction participants, control construction quality effectively and make the order of construction market up to snuff. Accordingly, the aim of avoiding losses, depressing cost and increasing benefit can be realized. The essay's contents mainly include: the development of engineering insurance and the reason of restricting the development of engineering insurance in China, and advising increasing the breed of engineering insurance. |
