| 摘 要： | 目的探讨局部注射曲安奈德对增生性瘢痕的治疗效果.方法对123例不同部位增生性瘢痕病人应用曲安奈德进行局部注射治疗.结果经过12～15个月随访,123例病人中,治愈79例(占64.23%),显效38例(占30.89%),无效6例(占4.88%),总有效率为95.12%.结论局部注射曲安奈德对增生性瘢痕的疗效较好.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of triamcinolone acetonide by local injection to treat hypertrophic scar.Methods 123 patients with hypertrophic scar in different parts of their bodies were treated with local injection of triamcinolone acetonide.Results The follow-up from 12 to 15 months among 123 cases showed that 79 cases were cured((64.23%)),38 cases had marked effect((30.89%)),6 cases without effect((4.88%)),the total curitive rate was(95.12%).Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide by local injection has better effect to cure hypertrophic scar. |
