摘    要:利用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)技术研究了盐酸普鲁卡因(PC)对类脂立方液晶中甘油单油酸酯(MO)分子构象的影响。研究表明,PC对MO分子疏水部分的影响较大,同时促进了MO分子极性头中羰基的氢键作用,证明PC可以参与形成脂质双层膜。同时研究了PC在MO/水立方液晶中的释放行为,发现PC浓度不同时,其释放行为相似,释放的两个阶段都符合Higuchi平方根定律。

Abstract:The effect of procaine hydrochloride (PC) on the molecular conformation of monoolein in the cubic liquid crystalline phase was studied by FT-IR. It was found that the conformation of the hydrophobic group of monoolein was strongly affected by PC, and the H-bond between MO and PC could induce a change of the vibrations of C = O bond in the polar group of the MO. The release behaviors of PC from MO/water cubic phases with different PC contents were after investigation found to be similar and corresponded to the Higuchi quarter root law.
