关于钢板性能最优化问题

摘    要:作者在钢板力学性能统计规律的基础上,应用线性规划方法,算出了某轧板厂16Mn容器板在现行工艺制度条件下钢板综合性能最优时的钢板化学成分含量和板厚规格。指出影响16Mn容器板性能最主要的化学成分是C,Mn元素。所提出的优化数学模型及所得计算结果,可直接作为厂控化学成分的依据,对于提高产品质量各项性能指标的合格率有重要的意义。

Abstract:Based on the statistical mechanical properties of the plate rolling,a mathematical model has been developed by the linear programming in this paper.To maintain optimum chemical com- position and technological parameters,the method has been used to model the production of 16Mn container plate under the practical technology process.The results show that C and Mn contents are the most primary influence factors,and provide control basis for the production.It is important and effective that the method will be used to obtain the products of quality.
