摘    要:发光菌作为指示生物用于水质的生物毒性测定具有快速、灵敏、低廉等优点,现已广泛用于环境毒物综合急性毒性测定、筛查、监测及特异毒物监测中。本研究选取了四种重金属(汞、锌、镉、铬)和两种农药(氯氰菊酯和敌敌畏)作为污染物,测定其对发光菌的毒性影响,并计算各污染物对发光菌的半致死浓度。结果显示,重金属对于发光细菌的毒性大小排序为Hg2+〉 Cd2+〉 Cr6+〉 Zn2+,,农药对于发光菌的毒性大小排序为氯氰菊酯〉敌敌畏。

Abstract:Due to its fast speed,high sensitivity and low cost,Luminescent bacteria have more attraction and increasing attention in environmental pollutants monitoring.This study selected the four heavy metals (mercury, zinc, cadmium, chromium) and two pesticides (cypermethrin and dichlorvos) as pollutants, we measured toxicity effects on Luminescent bacteria, and calculate the median lethal concentration for each pollutant-emitting bacteria . The results show that the order of toxicity is Hg2+〉 Cd2+〉 Cr6+〉 Zn2+, cypermethrin〉 dichlorvos.
