信息管理与信息系统专业创新人才培养模式探析

当前,我国高等教育已经实现了由精英式教育向大众化教育的顺利转型,人才培养模式的改变导致了高校信息管理与信息系统专业面临社会需求与人才培养相脱节的瓶颈。结合学科专业自身特征,通过对专业人才培养目标及现存问题的分析,在不断推进教学改革的基础上,构建了"一改两增三强化"的创新人才培养模式。在该模式的基础上,总结归纳了培养创新人才、提升学生综合能力的方法,对于解决由于专业特色不突出、实践能力差所带来的瓶颈问题具有良好的可预期性。基于此模式,高校信息管理与信息系统专业不断深化教学改革,完善培养机制,强化创新意识,突出专业特色,培养符合社会需求的、有创造力的实用型人才,更好地促进大学生就业,具有显著的现实意义。

Innovative talent cultivation model for information management and information system specialty

Currently,a smooth transition of domestic higher education has been achieved from elite education to mass education.Because of the change of talent cultivation model,the discipline of information management and information system specialty has been facing the bottleneck of the disconnect between the needs of society and the talent cultivation.Combined with the characteristics of discipline itself,this paper proposes a new model which is called “One Change,Two Addition and Three Enhance” based on continuously promoting teaching reformation through analyzing the target of talent cultivation and current problems.Based on this model,it summaries a method of training creative talents and promoting comprehensive capabilities.It has good predictability of solving bottlenecks which was caused by insignificant professional features and poor practical abilities.With this model,the discipline of information management and information system specialty can deeply reform teaching,improve training mechanism,strengthen the sense of innovation,highlight specialized features and train creative and practical talents who meet the needs of society,so that the employment of university students can be better promoted,which has outstanding and practical significance.
