This article describes background and significance of university scientific research performance evaluation system.It introduces and analyzes business process based on actual needs of system,so it determines system should have basic functions of collection,evaluation,report,subtotals about scientific research materials and teacher information management.On this basis it gradually establishes evaluation system needs analysis model through system analysis and design method of object oriented.It establishes system software structure based on rational designing class,object and relationship between them,generating specific class and object.It detailed analyzes business processes and specific algorithm of part module based on establishing sequence diagram,collaboration diagram,etc.The system can complete handling scientific research performance materials,with high reliability,maintainability and security of system.
