诺木洪白枸杞瘤瘿螨的空间分布型及抽样技术

摘    要:本文对诺木洪白枸杞瘤瘿螨虫瘿在不同时间东、南、西、北4个方位和上、中、下3层的空间分布做了调查,采用7种聚集度指标和6种回归模型检验确定白枸杞瘤瘿螨虫瘿的空间分布型,确定田间理论抽样数。结果表明:白枸杞瘤瘿螨虫瘿的空间分布型为聚集分布,并且虫瘿内瘿螨个体间相互排斥;白枸杞瘤瘿螨虫瘿在田间的最适理论抽样模型为:n=t2/D2(-6.43m+0.359)。

Abstract:Wolfberry gall mites(Aceric pallida Keifer) is one of the four major pests of wolfberry in Qaidam Basin. Nuomuhong wolfberry gall mite galls were investigated at different times in east,south,west and north four directions and the upper,middle and lower three parts so as to understand spatial distribution. Seven kinds aggregation index method and six kinds regression models were used to test and determine the spatial distribution pattern of wolfberry gall mite galls,and the field theoretical sampling number. The results show that the spatial distribution pattern wolfberry gall mite galls are gathered and wolfberry gall mite mutual exclusion between individuals. The best theoretical sampling model of wolfberry gall mite galls fit following formula: n = t2/D2(-6.43m + 0.359).
