莺歌海盆地高温高压气井水泥浆研究与应用

摘    要:南海西部海域的莺歌海盆地蕴含丰富的天然气,但由于层位存在高温高压以及压力窗口狭窄,导致固井质量一直不理想。本文分析了莺歌海盆地固井质量差的原因;并介绍了在应对高温高压固井难点时采取的技术思路;结合这些技术思路和莺歌海盆地的高温高压地层特征而研发的一种新型水泥浆体系。该体系应用于莺歌海盆地的多口高温高压井,发现固井质量有较大程度的提高。这表明该体系适应莺歌海盆地高温高压固井,并为以后该地区超高温高压井的固井技术研究奠定基础。

Abstract:Yinggehai basin contains rich oil and gas where located in western South China Sea, because high temperature and high pressure and narrow pressure window exit at the same time, which lead to poor cementing qualification. This paper analyzes the causes of poor cementing quality in Yinggehai Basin; then introduced a new cement system which researched and developed by technicians that combined cementing technical measures and HTHP formation features. Appling the new cement system in several wells follow-up in Yinggehai basin, the cementing qualification have been improved greatly. This indicates that the new cement system is appropriate to cope with the difficulties of HTHP cementing, which can lay the foundation for research of HTHP cementing.
