| 摘 要： | 顶岗实习是高职教育的一个重要环节,同时它还是一项系统工程,涉及学校和企业两个方面,体现学生、企业和学校三方的利益。只有加强校企合作,建立健全体制机制,科学谋划、稳步实施,才能实现各方互利共赢,才能使顶岗实习取得实效。

| Abstract: | The Ministry of Education requires that higher vocational students＇ internship should not be less than half a year in the evaluation index of university talents training level. This article discusses in detail the process and the implementation of post practice. The whole process of post practice is studied and planned meticulously,and a complete set of reasonable scheme is formed. It can serve as a useful reference for higher vocational college＇s post practice. |
