| Abstract: | China＇s special national conditions enable the government to directly intervene the rural land circulation,so it is necessary for the government to exercise its right as ＂ the visible hand＂. In the reform of the rural land,the government should accurately determine its position and the reasonable boundary for its behaviors. Moreover,the government should earnestly perform its duties and accelerate the transformation of functions. Only by knowing what it should do and what it should not do,can the government effectually promote the reform and the perfection of the rural land circulation. |
