| Abstract: | In recent years, the property right ownership of garages in commercial residential districts has been a controversial problem. Real estate businessmen, the owners in residential districts and the property management companies all stick to their argument respectively because there is no definite legal regulation on the property right ownership of garages in residential districts in China. This paper involves the property right of garages in residential districts and the right to use land. |
