| 摘 要： | 目的:应用计算机试卷分析系统对大理学院2005级临床医学本科检体诊断学期末考试试卷质量和考试结果进行分析,对教学效果进行评价。方法:采用有关试卷分析与评价的指标,对370名学生的检体诊断学期末考试试卷结果进行统计分析。结果:考试成绩呈正态分布,最高分96.0分,最低分32.5分,平均分74.2分,标准差为11.3,试卷的整体难度系数(P)为0.74,区分度(D)为0.25。结论:本试卷题型分配较全面,试卷难度适中,能较好地反映学生的真实水平,对改进教学方法和提高命题水平有重要的意义。本试卷的区分度一般,基本能反映学生的实际水平。
