“民法学3”课程合作性学习教学模式探讨

摘    要:为培养法科学生自主学习精神与学习习惯、团队合作意识及将理论知识运用于实践之能力,研究者以“大班授课、小班研讨”为模式,引入“合作性学习”机制,采用了学习研讨、学理案例研讨、实务案例研讨、合同谈判与文书制作研讨等不同研讨类型,在“民法学3”课程教学中提出并实施了一系列富有成效的教学改革,并对今后如何进一步提升改革效果进行了相关思考。

Abstract:This article discusses reforms in cooperative teaching based on the fruitful achievements in course of Civil Law 3. A new teaching mode, presentation in large-sized class while discussion in small-sized class, is tried and applied for the goal of cultivating students learning autonomy, teamwork and ability to integrate theory with practice. Varied types of discussion are tried in practice, such as, learning through discussion, theoretical case discussion and practical case discussion.
