| Abstract: | Combining the factor analysis with radar chart, the model of comprehensive evaluation based on average area and average perimeter of radar chart is presented. The improved radar chart can be used for qualita- tive evaluation and quantitative evaluation, and has the advantages of visualization. The improved radar chart is applied to the evaluation of the comprehensive development level with satisfying effect. |
