多油楔轴承动态特性的有限元分析

摘    要:应用有限元法,求解动压润滑轴承中二维雷诺方程,计算了具有轴向油槽的双油楔,三油楔和四油楔径向轴承的刚度和阻尼系数,求解中对雷诺方程的计算只进行一次求解,而不需要进行八次求解即可达到预定的精度,计算结果与实验结果进行了比较,两者吻合较好。

Abstract:A finite element method is used for solving the two-dimensional Renolds Equation of a hydrodynamic journal bearing. The oil stiffness and damping coefficients of elliptical, three-lobe and four-lobe are calculated. A matrix method is used for solving the Renolds Equation. The Equation needs to be solved only once, unlike the earlier method where the Renolds Equation had to be solved eight times. The results are compared with the experimental data and they are in good agreement.
