文山市建成云南铝工业中心的对策思考

随着年产80万吨氧化铝项目的竣工投产，文山铝工业体系建设已迈出了坚实的第一步。但由于文山铝工业发展存在起步晚、综合成本较高、产业链尚未形成、资源综合利用率低等问题，文山铝工业发展整体水平不高，尚处于初级阶段。加快推进文山铝工业链条式发展，增强以铝工业为核心的辐射能力，把文山市建成云南省重要的铝工业中心，打造“文铝”标志性品牌，对于加速文山资源优势向产业优势转化，扩大工业总量，提升工业发展质量，加快工业跨越发展，推进新型工业化进程具有现实意义。

In the new era of promoting industry rapid development in the province, state and city, It has important practical significance to accelerate industry chain development, enhance radiation capacity by taking aluminum industry as the core, establish Wenshan as an important aluminum industry center in Yunnan province and “Wenshan aluminum” brand for accelerating transformation of resources advantage, expand the total industry, improving the quality of industrial development, quickening industry rapid development and pushing new industrialization process.
