中学生在体育教学中抗挫折心理教育探讨

摘    要:中学阶段是一个人成长过程中的重要阶段,这一阶段学生的心理很容易出现各种各样的问题,而体育教学是解决中学生心理问题的有效手段。文章首先对挫折教育和中学体育教学的特征进行了诠释和分析,然后对中学体育课实施抗挫折教育的必要性进行了探讨,最后论述了中学生体育教学中抗挫折心理教育的培养策略,以期能对中学体育教学中培养学生的抗挫折心理教育提供一些帮助和借鉴。

Abstract:The middle school is the important stage in the process of people’s growth. Students’ psychology lfuctuates easily on this stage. PE teaching is the effective means to solve their psychological problem. The paper, Firstly, interprets and analyzes the characteristics of the anti-frustration psychological education and middle school PE teaching. Then the necessity of implementing anti-frustration education is discussed. Finally, the paper discusses the cultivating strategies for implementing anti-frustration psychological education in middle school PE teaching, hoping to provide some help and reference.
