| 摘 要： | 培养创新创业人才是大学科技园的功能定位之一。文章阐述了我国大学科技园的发展现状及其功能定位，借助于SWOT工具从优势、劣势、机会、风险四个方面对大学科技园培养创新创业人才作了较全面分析，并提出了相关建议。
