| 摘 要： | 为了解决焊接工艺参数的确定问题,提出了BP神经网络与遗传算法相结合的研究方法,根据BP神经网络的非线性映射功能,得到不同条件下的焊接效果;利用遗传算法全局最优值的搜索功能,不断地进行焊接参数的全局寻优;通过旋转电弧熔化极气体保护焊的试验数据进行了参数求解.结果表明该方法具有准确、高效的优点,适用于焊接工艺参数的研究.

| Abstract: | In order to solve the welding parameter determination, a research method combining BP and GA was introduced.BP network is used for giving out welding results related to welding parameters,GA is used for finding out the global optimizing welding parameters.This method is proved to be efficient and accurate by tests,it is fit for the study of best welding parameters. |
