| 摘 要： | P区元素同族内某些性质的起伏变化称之为第二周期性。本文总结了呈现第二周期性的各种性质。并从屏蔽效应出发得出了各周期元素原子价电子层的松紧规则,以此去解释第二周期性,得到了满意的结果。

| Abstract: | The second periodicity of element is rise and fall of some properties in elements of the same clan in Parea. This article sums up all kinds of properties of appearing second periodicity,and form, the screened effect, it obtains the rule of degree of tightness of atomic valence electron lyares in each periodic element. It is satisfactory to expain the second periodcity of element accordking to it. |
