摘    要:首先研究利用伺服焊枪在线提取压痕深度的可行性.结果分析表明,回程误差是造成测量压痕深度总体偏低的原因,误差补偿后的伺服焊枪精度完全能够满足压痕深度测量要求.进而分析了点焊镀锌板的电极磨损对压痕深度与焊点质量的影响.应用神经网络方法建立了包含电极磨损因素在内的焊点质量与压痕深度评价模型,为基于伺服焊枪压痕深度提取的焊点质量在线评价提供了技术支持.

Abstract:The feasibility of indentation depth measured by servo gun online was studied.The results show that the return error of servo gun is the main factor that leads to lower indentation depth.The precision of servo gun can meet indentation depth measurement requirement when the return error is compensated.The effect of electrode wear on indentation depth and weld quality was studied for welding galvanization steels.A model included electrode wear factor was established by neural net method to evaluate indentation depth and weld quality,which provided a technological guarantee to inspect weld quality online by servo gun measuring indentation depth.
