摘    要:文中针对现行的两部电价及一部电价两种情况,从企业的经济效益出发、利用拉格朗日乘子法,综合权衡了无功补偿的电费节约与补偿设备投资及电容器的本身损耗等的费用支付,从而获得一定奖惩率下有最大节省费用的分段最优补偿方案,最后利用排序法获得整体最佳功率因数与补偿容量分配

Abstract:The definetion and distribution principle of reactive power compensation capcitance on industri ai and mine enterprises are analyzed by the optimizing method in this paper. Optimai compensation plan, which have most economy in define te rate of reward and penalty, is obtained bycomparing penaing economy of electric cost attendance with investment of set. and lagraian waste expense of capacity and by means of multication. Finally, total optimal power factor and capacity distribution are obtained by ordering method.
