可靠性管理是提高产品可靠性的关键环节

摘    要:产品的可靠性是产品质量的核心.本文重点论述设计阶段的可靠性管理,以突出可靠性管理中预先管理的重要性.文中提出了企业可靠性管理在工程实践中存在的问题,围绕如何具体开展可靠性管理工作进行了详细的论述,特别强调了可靠性管理的故障闭环系统管理.

Abstract:Reliability characteristic of a product is the core for the quality of product.The paper focuses on the reliability management in product design phase to indicate the importance of pre-management for reliability management.Demonstrate the existing problems from implementation of reliability management to discuss the progress of reliability management,especially in the FRACAS(Failure Reporting,Analysis,and Corrective Action Systems).
