摘    要:作者研制的左心室辅助叶轮血泵已经能够稳定地维持动物血液循环 2个月 ,但轴承磨损后叶轮振动引起溶血 ,以及轴承机械摩擦生热产生血栓等问题 ,仍有待解决 作者最新研制的泵机合一的新颖心脏泵 ,采用陶瓷轴承并在轴承内通过输液的方法 ,解决了上述问题 此外 ,新装置将有刷马达磁偶合驱动改进为无刷马达直接驱动 ,将霍尔元件控制改为无位置传感器控制 ,以及用数控线切割机加工叶轮等 ,大大提高了整个系统的驱动控制性能和加工精度 ,泵的使用寿命有望提高到 1年以上

Abstract:The impeller pump developed by the authors has assisted the circulation of calves for two months, but the further improvements to solve the problems of bearing wear and thrombosis along the bearing are desirable.Thus we design a new left ventricular assist device ( LVAD) with impeller pump and brushless motor compacted in one unit, by which a ceramic bearing and a purge system through the bearing are devised. The first experiments indicate that this new device can prospectively work for more than one year.
