| 摘 要： | 分析了目前国内提高光栅式光学分度头精度的研究现状，在此基础上提出了光栅式光学分度头的改进方法．对自行设计的逻辑电路作了具体说明，提出了六倍频的细分电路．使得光栅式光学分度头不但实现了数字化，而且显示精度达到１０”．文中还提出了进一步改进和提高的方向．

The grating optics dividing head was brought about digital display, and the precision achieves 10'. Finally, the direction for its further improvement was pointed out. |
