| 摘 要： | 用500ppm吲(口朶)丁酸处理桂花插枝5秒钟,底土加温至27℃左右,形成愈伤组织前每天间歇喷雾一次,形成愈伤组织后每2—3天间歇喷雾一次,这样,可当年上盆定植。

| Abstract: | The laurel cuttings treated with 500 ppm of indolebutyric acid for 5seconds, the temperature of its subsoil warmed was raised to 27 C or so, spraying once a day when they were in the process of forming callus and once every two or three days when the callus formed. Thus field planting of potting may be realized in the year, their transplanting into pots. |
