Existence of Solution for a Third-order Nonlinear Differential Equations

The solvability is considered for a class of third- order two- point boundary value problems with first and second derivatives. The nonlinear term f satisfies a restriction of linear growth. By constructing a suitable Banach space and applying the Leray- Schauder nonlinear alternative, an existence theorem is proved.
