硅膜特性与1060nm窄带干涉滤光片的研究

摘    要:实验研究表明,硅膜在800~1100nm是一个弱吸收膜,在波长短於800nm处是个强吸收膜;利用硅膜的这一可贵特性,设计并制备了1060nm窄带干涉滤光片。

Abstract:Experimental study has found out that silicon coating is a weakly absorbing film at wavelengths from 800 nm to 1100nm, while a strongly absorbing film in wavelengths shorter than 800nm. In accordance with this the 1060nm narrow -band filter has been designed and prepared.
