摘    要:以3-三氟甲基-4-氨基-1,2,4-三氮唑-5-硫酮和取代苯甲醛为起始原料,在微波辐射下,经缩合反应制得了7个Schi行碱3(a—g).合成的7个目标化合物通过熔点测定和质谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱分析、元素分析对其结构进行确证.

Abstract:Under microwave irradiation conditions, seven Scbiff bases 3(a-g) have been synthesized using 3-trifluoromethyl-4-amino-1, 2,4-triazole-5-thione and substituted benzaldehyde as starting mateials. The structures of seven compounds have been confirmed by IR, ^1H NMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. All these results have offered some important reference to systematic study on 1,2,4-triazole Schiffbase compounds in the future.
