南通地区农村小学体育师资队伍现状与对策研究

采用文献资料、问卷调查和数据统计等研究方法,对南通地区40所农村小学体育教师的数量、学历、年龄、性别、职称及继续教育等方面的情况进行了调查、分析与研究.研究报告结果表明:体育专职教师数量不足,女教师比例偏低,教师工作量偏大、待遇较低,教师职称结构比较合理但学历层次偏低.因此,需要加强体育师资队伍建设,改善体育教学环境,提高教师福利待遇,切实提高农村小学体育教师的教育教学水平.

Research into the status quo of physical education teaching staffs of rural elementary schools and its countermeasures
