摘    要:教师专业发展是教师基于专业实践的一种发展.课程校本化是实现教师专业发展的重要途径.课程校本化的做法有教材校本处理、课堂导入校本化、课堂教学活动校本化等.课程校本化能促进教师的专业化发展,提升教师的合作能力、创新和反思能力、课程开发能力、教学研究能力.
