| 摘 要： | 微博作为网络思想政治工作的新途经,为高校辅导员工作开辟了新的空间.辅导员可以利用微博更加有效地拓展自身工作,促进与学生思想和心灵的交流,实现辅导员对学生教育在更大层面的拓展和互动.同时,辅导员在推进微博建设过程中,不断促进了个人成长,增强了责任意识,实现了对网络学生群体的凝聚,有效构建了自身的事业平台.

| Abstract: | Micro blog is a new approach of network ideological and political work,developing the new space for counselors in colleges.Counselors may use micro bog to carry out their work more effectively,to promote the exchange of thought and minds with students and to interact with students in broad sense.At the same time,they can promote their own growth,increase their awareness of liability,realize the cohesiveness of students and effectively construct cause platform in the process of building micro blog. |
