加强刑事立案监督的路径分析

刑事立案监督是我国法律监督制度的重要组成部分,在司法实践中,发挥了越来越重要的作用.然而,刑事立案监督仍存在着一些问题:一是在制度设计上存在着监督对象不周延、监督范围不全面、对立案监督案件缺乏后续跟踪措施；二是在实际操作中存在着案源不足、证据标准难以把握、对人民检察院自侦部门的刑事立案监督乏力、人力普遍不足等诸多问题.因而,有必要对其在立法上以及工作机制上予以完善.
