| 摘 要： | 用群体累积培养法研究了pH值对草履虫(Paramecium caudatum)种群增长的影响。在酸性较强(pH为3.0和4. 0)的环境下草履虫均死亡。pH为4.0-10.0时草履虫均能正常生长。方差分析结果表明pH值对草履虫的密度和种群增长率均无显著影响(P>0.05)。草履虫对酸的耐受范围在5.0-7.0之间;而在弱碱性环境下,pH在8.0时草履虫的密度和种群增长率较大,并随着pH的增大而减小。

| Abstract: | Effects of pH value on population growth of Paramecium caudatum have been studied by means of population accumulative culture. P. caudatum all die at higher acid environment pH 3.0 and 4.0). P. caudatum grew normally at the pH range of 4.0 to 10.0. The density and population growth rate of p.caudatum are not significantly affected by the pH value (ANOVA,P>0.05). In acid environment, the tolerance range of pH to P. caudatum population is 5.0 to 7.0. But at alkalinity environment, the density and population growth rate of p. caudatum are larger at pH 8.0.and decreased with the increasing pH value. |
