四棱豆发芽的最适条件研究

摘    要:采用不同品种、不同育苗方式、不同育种时间、不同种子质量和不同复土厚度等条件对四棱豆进行发芽对比试验.结果表明:在我省气候条件下,采用拱膜 营养缽的育苗方式,于4月下旬至5月初选用饱满而新鲜的96-13品种种子进行播种。播种后种子复土厚度为种子厚的1倍,则可大幅度地提高四棱豆种子的发芽率和发芽势.

Abstract:In this paper, the check experiments on germination capacity of P.tetragonolobus(L.)D.C have been done by using different varieties, different grow seedlings methods, different seeding times, different seeds quality and different depth of cover soil. The result shows that: under the climatic condition in Sichuan province, the germination capacity and the vigor of germination of P.tetragonolobus(L.)D.C can be greatly improved by choosing fresh and plump eared seeds of 96 13, using arch film and nutritive cube and coving soil one time as depth as seeds to be sowed during the last ten days of April to the beginning of May.
