摘    要:针对粉煤灰活性低、早期强度低的缺点,开发出粉煤灰高效活化剂,使在混凝土中实现大掺量粉煤灰(50%,甚至80%),既提高混凝土工作性,又保证混凝土的强度。

Abstract:To avoid the effects of the low action and the low early strength of flyash, the authors develop the activating admixture for flyash. Special ions are led into flyash, which can make the Si-O and Al-O band broken. Then both Si 4+ ion and Al 3+ ion are in active state. They activate flyash to participate in the hydrating and hardening reaction. The concrete paste workability is improved and the concrete strength is strengthened with the large addition of flyash. Adding with flyash, whose quality is equal to 50%~80% of cement, the 10 day strength of concrete can reach the designed strength, the 28 day and 56 day strength can rise to 150%~200% of the blank concrete.
