| 摘 要： | 把宇宙保持具有物体最大速度不能超过光速度这个极限速度的性质看作是一种场发生作用的性质，把这种场叫做相对C场。引入相对C场的S′系以速度v相对S系运动的活跃系数，在狭义相对论和广义相对论中都没有考虑相对C场的作用．如果确实存在相对C场，对宇宙的结构和运动的认识将进一步发展．

| Abstract: | Neither special theory nor general theory of relativity deals with the role of the relative C field, which has effect on the relative speed.In this paper,thc motive coefficient is introduced to express the effect of the relative C field.The relative C field helps us know the composition and motion of the cosmos. |
